Frailty Fighters Courses – September 2026

Choose your group for the Frailty Fighters 12-week course starting 12th September 2026. Three groups are available to suit your current level — Beginner, Intermediate, and Maintenance. All groups are led by a HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist and limited to 15 spaces.
