Frailty Fighters Beginner Group September 2026

Join our Beginner Group for the Frailty Fighters 12-week course, starting 12th September 2026. Running at Westbrook Library & Community Centre Warrington WA5 8UG.

This group is designed for those new to the programme, focusing on building a solid foundation in strength, balance, and mobility to help prevent frailty and support independent living.

Classes are every Saturday 11.15am to 12.00pm

• 12-week structured programme
• Starts: 12th September 2026
• 15 spaces available
• Led by a HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist

A health screening form will be sent once you are registered and will need to be completed prior to commencing the course.  

All prices are inclusive of transactional fees.
