Frailty Fighters provides specialist Occupational Therapy-led support for older adults across the North West of England. Our services are designed to help people maintain independence, rebuild strength, and prevent falls through evidence-based, compassionate care.

Led by a Specialist Occupational Therapist and NASM Personal Trainer, we blend clinical expertise with practical, strength-based strategies to empower individuals and communities.
