Frailty Fighters Intermediate Group – September 2026

Join our Intermediate Group for the Frailty Fighters 12-week course, starting 12th September 2026. Running at Westbrook Library & Community Centre Warrington WA5 8UG.

This group is designed for those who have completed the beginners programme and are ready to progress further, building on existing strength, balance, and mobility to continue reducing frailty and supporting independent living.

Classes are every Saturday 10.00am to 10.45am 

• 12-week structured programme
• Starts: 12th September 2026
• 15 spaces available
• Led by a HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist

A health screening form will be sent once you are registered and will need to be completed prior to commencing the course.  

All prices are inclusive of transactional fees.
